Our urgent goal is to secure $300,000 in start-up and operational funding over the next two years, as we launch a 501(c)(3) to establish a solid foundation for our future growth. 

Our investment priorities are to increase our pre-apprentice capacity to 30 participants, cover our general operating expenses, and accelerate our pre-apprentice training days from 2x to 8x per month.

Below is a summary of various funding levels and their symbolic impact on the organization’s future:

– $300,000 Funds our current operating budget and adds participant capacity over two years.

– $50,000 Funds our current operations for about six months.

– $25,000 Funds pre-apprentice and instructor wages for two to three months.

– $10,000 Funds 100% of (5) pre-apprentice job days, including meals and transportation.

These contributions will directly impact our mission and program by funding pre-apprentice wages and assistance, trainer wages, job materials, tools and supplies, meals and transportation, and general operational expenses.
